Momstrologer is operated by Melissa Perry, an independent astrology practitioner offering the POLARITY Method — personalized 1:1 sessions and coaching containers. Our website is momstrologer.com and you can reach us at melissa@momstrologer.com.
What Information We Collect

- Your name and email address (when booking, subscribing, or contacting us)
- Your birth date, birth time and birth location (required to prepare your chart for a session)
- Payment information (processed securely by Acuity Scheduling and Stripe — we do not store your card details)
- Messages you send via Instagram DMs, ManyChat, or email
We also collect limited usage data automatically when you visit our website, such as pages visited and general location (country/region). This is collected through standard web analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your POLARITY Method session and prepare your personalized chart
- Communicate with you about your booking, session follow-up, and account
- Send you emails you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve the website and understand how people find and use our services
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the services described above.
Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver our services, we work with the following platforms. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Acuity Scheduling — booking and payment processing
- HubSpot — contact management and CRM
- MailerLite — email marketing and newsletters
- ManyChat — Instagram DM automation
- Google Meet — video sessions
- Zoho Mail — business email communications
When you book a session, Acuity Scheduling collects and processes your payment. Stripe handles the underlying transaction. Neither we nor Acuity store your full card number.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function properly, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. By using our website, you consent to this use. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not work as expected.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your contact information and session notes for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you return. If you would like your information removed from our systems, email us at melissa@momstrologer.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
